There's a new app in town. At least there will be come April. We’re talking about FordPass, a new app from Ford that will let users locate and pay for parking, pay for services via a mobile wallet called FordPay, get directions and vehicle assistance, and access exclusive merchandise and experiences like curbside pickup service at McDonald's and 7-Eleven right from their smartphones.
Ford has been studying consumer experience brands in order to develop this technology. "TripAdvisor's independent survey reviews; Amazon's Mayday button, which offers instant tech support; Burberry's digital runways; and Nespresso's customer loyalty efforts" all figured into Ford's project. And we don't have much longer to wait until it's here.
Millennials aren’t abandoning cars; they’re finding new innovative ways to get around. Enter: #FordPass. https://t.co/2mzbJtdiEr
